Gastronomy

Although it is not a gastronomy known country, our food it is very typical
and clearly represents it geographical areas.

• Curanto: A hole is dug in the ground and a selection of seafood and meats
are buried inside pangue leaves, which, after a few hours, resulting in one of
the most delicious dishes.

• Paila Marina: Soup composed of seafood, with a spectacular flavor.
